Moon Valley is a small mountain town south of the Jherrazad desert surrounded by forest. It is ran by a mayor who protects a demon seal to the Netherworld that lays underneath City Hall. Because of the seal Moon Valley is a hot spot for supernatural creatures such as demons, vampires, werewolves, the undead, and spirits. Many of the people in Moon Valley are farmers just living day to day as best they can.
Moon Valley enjoys modern comforts setting them apart from most of the other city-states with the exception of Isafaro, which is more advanced than them. They have a strong military presence led by Mayor Val Templar, and trade with Hallowton, Isafaro, Jherrazad, and Aircano. They also remain neutral in Jherra's conflicts and are opening their doors to the otherworlders that come from the Downward Spiral. |
